IMPORTANT NOTE in Returns & Exchange Policy: Colour Matching – Online Purchases
Due to the limitations of the current electronic display devices, it is NOT possible to accurately ascertain the color of an item when viewing on such devices. We provide NO guarantee if the color of the product purchased at our website does not turn out to be as expected. Any exchanges or returns due to color mismatch are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%.
You have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Modest Wear, if you have not yet received your order, please contact us at [email protected], as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.
In the case where your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above so we can process your refund. We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned excluding shipping costs. The cost of return and care of the package is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

At Modest Wear, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund, you must email your request for a refund within 2 days of receiving your order. Once you have received confirmation of a full refund, please return the product(s) to us immediately. If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on HIJABS (scarf) and accessories.

The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until it reaches us. Shall you be required to declare the value of the parcel, kindly mention the same value as it is mentioned on the invoice enclosed to the parcel you have received and clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
*Terms & Conditions: all goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method that ensures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage (tracking number must be provided). If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged, and within 14 days of receipt of goods. The product must not be worn other than for trying out purposes, when trying on items of clothing, please ensure you do not use unnecessary force, and ensure you are not wearing perfume/aftershave, deodorant, or makeup, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Returned items must be free from tears (untorn zipper), alterations (hemming), and in no way washed or otherwise damaged in any way.
We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer a refund on items where any or all tickets/tags have been removed or broken.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return the product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.
If you choose to return the item on your own, you’ll pay the returning shipping fee.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
